SPOUNTIN™ cannot be responsible for the effects of hard water, sediment, corrosion and chlorine. If you feel your product is defective for reasons other than the above, see below for complete guarantee details.

For compatibility issues please try our FAQs or contact us on this web site. Most compatibility issues can be handled by purchasing an inexpensive aerator adapter. These common items are available at all home centers and hardware stores.

Our return policy is dictated by the retail outlet from where you purchased your SPOUNTIN™. If you purchased from a retailer (i.e. QVC.com or others), please contact that retailer and return your SPOUNTIN™ as dictated by the retailer's return policy.
